We offer blue and iridescent passivation for zinc coatings, as well as silver passivation dedicated to zinc-nickel coatings. We utilize trivalent chromates that are safe for health and the environment.

Our engineering team fully understands that the long-term durability of any component depends on its finish. Our passivation processes create an advanced anti-corrosion barrier that combines high chemical resistance with the aesthetics demanded by modern industry.
A process performed after electrogalvanizing that forms a thin protective layer on the zinc surface. It enhances corrosion resistance and imparts a distinctive silvery-blue sheen to components.
A chemical process that forms a thicker passive layer on the metal surface. It provides enhanced corrosion resistance, even in moisture-exposed environments, and can impart a slightly iridescent or yellowish hue to the coating.

Through comprehensive optimization, we reduced lead times without compromising coating quality—delivering a tangible advantage for time-critical projects.

At LEANN, we care about the environment.
Coatings offered by LEANN are hexavalent chromium-free and cobalt-free. In our processes, we utilize trivalent chromium-based solutions, which are safer for human health and the environment.
In addition, we invest heavily in environmental protection—operating our own automated wastewater treatment plant to ensure all effluent strictly complies with environmental standards.
We have prepared detailed guidelines for collaborating with our galvanizing plant—covering everything from order placement and technology selection to component preparation, final inspection, packaging, and coating evaluation standards. These guidelines will help you properly prepare your components for the process and avoid unnecessary delays.
