Information Clause on the Processing of Personal Data by Leann Stańczyk S.A.

  3. Purpose of Personal Data Processing: Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
    • responding to inquiries, preparing quotations/offers, executing contracts, and fulfilling warranty obligations.
  4. Legal Basis for Processing: in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), personal data will be processed based on:
    • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR: Your freely given consent. Providing personal data in this case is voluntary; however, it is necessary to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote or offer, or perform warranty services. Failure to provide required data will prevent us from responding, providing a quote/offer, or fulfilling warranty claims.
    • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: Where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
  5. Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent granted to the Controller, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time and in any form.
  6. Data Retention Period: Personal data will be stored for a period of 10 years.

    • Right to rectification or completion of incomplete personal data
    • Right to erasure of personal data (the “right to be forgotten”)
    • Right to restriction of processing

  8. Information on Automated Decision-Making: for the purpose of preparing a quotation via the form provided on the Controller’s website, your personal data will be processed in an automated manner. Under no circumstances will your personal data be subject to profiling.
  9. Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
