Schedule for Companies
September 30, 2020 – Deadline for the General Meeting of Shareholders to select the entity responsible for maintaining the shareholder register and to conclude an agreement with them.
January 31, 2021 – Deadline for issuing five calls to shareholders to submit their physical share documents to the company. These calls must be announced at intervals ranging from two weeks to one month. The first call must be announced by September 30, 2020.
September 30, 2020 – February 28, 2021 – Updating the shareholder register based on the information provided by the companies.
March 1, 2021 – Establishment of the shareholder register; physical share documents lose their legal validity.
March 1, 2026 – Expiration of rights to be disclosed in the shareholder register for those shareholders who have not submitted their share documents to the company.
