1. Main Objective of the Environmental Policy
Our overarching objective is to continually improve the effectiveness of our environmental protection activities, in particular by reducing the amount of waste we generate and reducing emissions of dust and gases into the air.

The Company’s Environmental Protection Policy is based on the following pillars:
- Continual System Improvement: Continually improving our environmental management system in line with the requirements of ISO 14001, as part of the implemented and maintained Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Pollution Prevention: Preventing pollution of the natural environment through strict control of harmful emissions, waste reduction and optimised use of utilities, applying appropriate operational practices.
- Environmentally Friendly Materials and Energy Efficiency: Using recyclable raw materials and environmentally friendly materials, and implementing energy-efficient technological processes.
- Legal Compliance: Complying with all laws and regulations applicable to our operations, as well as with other compliance obligations relating to environmental requirements.
- Health and Environmental Protection: Treating care for the natural environment and for the health and safety of our employees as the organisation’s core values.

3. Management Board Declaration and Implementation
Leann Stańczyk S.A. is committed to actively protecting the environment and declares that it will make a sustained effort to maintain a process of continual improvement in its environmental activities by caring for the local environment and actively promoting strategies for its protection.
The management and all employees of the company have read this Environmental Policy and undertake to comply with it strictly and to pursue the environmental tasks and objectives arising from its principles.
