2. Achieving Objectives and System-Level Actions
To consistently fulfil its mission, Leann Stańczyk S.A.:
- Integrated System: Maintains and continually improves an Integrated Management System (IMS) that meets the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 3834-2, EN 1090-2, EN 15085-2 and AQAP 2110.
- Quality and Timeliness: Continually improves product quality, ensures that Customer requirements are met and orders are delivered on time, minimises complaints and monitors production processes on an ongoing basis.
- Employee Engagement: Involves all employees in improving the IMS and raises their awareness of their impact on, and personal responsibility for, product quality and safety.
- Competence Development: Enhances the professional qualifications of its staff through regular training and continually improves the company’s organisational structure.
- Resource Optimisation: Optimises the use of its technical resources, infrastructure and machinery.
- Understanding Interested Parties: Systematically assesses the needs, expectations and satisfaction of Customers and other key interested parties.
- Supplier Partnership: Applies an effective system for evaluating and selecting suppliers, building long-term partnerships with them.
- Evaluation and Reviews: Periodically evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of the adopted policy, the objectives set and the Integrated Management System as a whole.
